Its Monday, 

Time to wake up sleepy boy. Its Monday again and I am off to a 

great beginning to another productive week.

I am working on a quilt that I believe the name is Five and Dime quilt 

by Kansas Troubles Quilters, Lynne Hagmeier, designer.

I started this a while back but I am determined to finish up some projects in

process

I am also working on a shawl for my niece.

Its called a Bohemian shawl and it sort of takes me back to my hippie days. 

Mine is a tad different in design but I am still loving it. It hangs

better when it is held up. Its a loose crochet almost 

a filet crochet. The yarn is so popular that I

am having a very difficult finding it in stock.Just was notified today that my source 

now has it it stock again.Yes, I was a hippie and I relish the 

memories of that

era.
Well, I started this shawl and then I totally ripped it out it wasn't laying right so I started it again. There wasn't suppose to be any ruffles in it and it was suppose to lay flat with points. Now it is perfect the way I wanted it and If you go to August 1st, 2016 you can see how it turned out. Its done, packaged and ready to send to Sheri Starnes my niece. .

So I have a lot on my plate and need to get busy. Kids are taking there

morning naps and its time to head to the studio.

Well, bet your saying, now why don't she write. I know I know, its been ages and I have been up to my eyeballs in creating things for a friends new business. Rather that go back and show all my new creations I will just move on to today and start a new page in the blog of punchdrunkneedleworks.blogspot.com and try and wean myself from the social media of Facebook. Yes I am hooked and I will just have to take it one day at a time.
Its funny but it seems like the only place that I can stay in touch with all my friends and family as they are hooked too.
Just to update you on the fam here is the kids and I relaxing
after a hard day of play. You have to get there early to get the best spot.
Dad is kicking back in the recliner. His favorite spot That was before Phoebe decided to move to the couch. Yea, we are very energetic at this time of day which is usually about 8:00 pm.

We lead such an exciting life but we are happy and that's all that matters..

Well, today is a new beginning and I needed to so stir some pots and pans. Its early still and I need to get dads breakfast going so I will get back with you all a tad later. Hey

its fun being back here. Seems like its been ages. I look forward to seeing you all here.

Well, days almost over and we are settling  in for our night cap and
then off to bed.
So nice to be back here where folks come to visit and stop by to
say hi because they care.
I will definitely be deleting a lot of my FB friends
as it is my true friends that care what I am doing that will stop
and say hello.
