In the Beginning

Woo Hoo, I have started another new blog and this one will be dedicated to all my punch drunk needle work fans and co conspirators. I have named this new blog Punch Drunk as that is what I get when I start punching away at a new project. This is my newest endeavor and I can see bigger and better creations coming from all of this.
I plan on featuring my work along with others that are willing to show there work on my blog.
I also am going to feature suppliers and others that want to show there creations and designs along with my own
So as with all new beginnings I am going to host another give away so give me a couple of days to put it all together and I hope that I will see a lot of my old friends along with new ones too.
This was my first exposure to needle punch and this was my first needle
My first project and frame and needle were loaned to me by a new friend that I met from the punch needle group at yahoo.
She is going to be publishing a book on punch needle work and I will be sure to let you all know when it comes out. Her name is Starr and she has become a near and dear friend even though we are miles and miles apart.  I have learned a lot from her and I think I have progressed in the month that I have been doing all of this.
This is my projects that I have completed thus far and one that I decided it wasn't all that great.
This was my second attempt and I removed it from the frame
as it wasn't exactly what I had was trying to achieve.
Yes, Allen as I told you we are our own worst critics.

This was my third one and I used the art work of  Becky Miller
of Toledo, Oregon as my inspiration. This is her painting and it is
gorgeous in person,
This was my completed punch of "The Hands of Providence"
I still need to adhere it to a backing of some sort like a pillow or something along that line,

I just finished this one and so far it is a toss up between this one
and my previous.

And this is my current one that I am working on. So as you can see I am PUNCH DRUNK so goes the name.
I hope that you will visit often and want to contribute and share your work with others here.
Thanks for your visit to my newest blog and keep a look out for a new giveaway,
