I am so happy with the way it turned out and it just fits perfectly with the basket design and size too. What more could I hope for? The piece measures 6 " x 11 " the basket is 9 1/2" x 20" and it is 8" tall. I bound the finished piece with grosgrain ribbon that I stitched to the outer edge the folded the excess under and made a sort of pillow case and lightly stuffed it with batting. I then stitched it to the basket which was fairly easy as there was an insert on the top that had a ribbing that I stitched around. I then added the two rows of ruffles that I had distressed to match the basket and needle work.
Many of the pattern I have used are from country Stitches. I love their designs and they have a great resource for all your punch needle and Cross stitch supplies. This pattern is one of theirs. It is quite a large pattern and took me a little longer them some of the other I have done.
