Just wanted to share
I am working on my first rug hooking and I am using yarn. I can see the benefits of using wool so that is what I will use next time but this is my first attempt and I am using Kara's Rooster as my inspiration. I am also using burlap which is a little too loose weave. All in all though I think it is looking pretty cute. I will also do Kara's Rooster in punch needle next.

Jan this is so darn cute! I just love what you have done with Kara's rooster. She came in and saw it for the first time too. She loves what you have done! She said, "That is really cool!" Can't wait to see it finished.
