Well looks like I won't be doing much sewing for the next few days. Fortunately, nothing got broken. I tripped on our sidewalk in front of the front door with a hose in my hand wide open. My toe of my sandel caught the edge of the sidewalk and down I went. I have had surgery on both of my wrists so they don't bend very well so when I started to fall I tried to catch myself but just ended up hyperextending my fingers and hand and wrist on my right hand. Going to be sore for a few days but no
BREAKS ! ! ! That is the best news. I have too much to get done.
Well, I will be off for a couple of days. Get back with you soon.
Have a great week. Hope yours starts better than mine.

Ouch Jan, how awful. I hope you heal up soon. I get what you say about having too much to get done.
Thanks Joanne,
I am having more pain this morning but that was expected. I hurt in places that I didn't even know that I hurt yesterday. My hip, both of my wrists and I can't pick up anything with my right hand as the pressure of squeezing my hand muscles just isn't happening. My knuckles are swollen like I punched someone but no scrapes. The ER said cold packs and I say heat feels much better. I can crochet a little so I may be able to get farther on the shawl. Lifting the Christmas tree skirt is too heavy just now.
Thanks for stopping by Joanne.
Don't seem to be getting many visits. Oh well. I am liking it.
Hi Jan, hope have recovered from your fall. Hugs, Pat Dalton
Oh yes, and have taken a couple little trips since then, hahah nothing major. I am going to be here more now as I am going to stray away from the political social media BS and stay where I belong. I am so sick to death of all the stuff that is going on there and I just want life to go back to being just life on a day to day basis. Here is where I am happy but I will miss a lot of my FB friends unless I can convince them to stop by here. So glad that you stopped by and please drop in often for a cup of tea or coffee and a little, pass the time of day, chat.
Thanks for dropping in Pat. Where do I know you from. I recognise your name.
